Chef Andreas Andreou
Chef Andreou completed his studies at the French Culinary Institute in New York in 2007 specialising in breads, chocolate and French cuisine.
He returned to Cyprus and is now Head Chef at Syntrofia where he is zealously developing the Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Andreas is passionate about promoting traditional Cypriot and Greek products and believes that food tourism on the island is an important path which needs developing.
He is married with one child and expecting a second.
