Chef Ismalil Chakaron
Lebanese chef Ismail Chakaron began his training in the hospitality industry in Lebanon graduating from the Professional Univeristy of Hopsitality, Food and Catering.
He furthered his studies in Bucharest and Cyprus, attaining a Diploma in Food and Safety Management.
He has held numerous positions as Head Chef in Lebanon, Romania and Cyprus including Breeze Lounge Bar and Bubble Park Marina. Chef Ismail is fluent in Arabic, Greek, Romanian, English and French. In 2015, he opened his own establishment – Cedars Lebanese International Cuisine.
