Chef Xiao Yu Wang has over 20 years of experience and is skilled in all four cuisines of China. He has been awarded many times and is especially interested and experienced in banquet design and production.
He is also a Cooking Instructor and Trainer in Korea.
Chef Chen Gang
Chef Chen Gang was born on 27 March 1969 in Jiangsu.
He studied at the New Oriental Chef School graduating in 1993 and in June 1995 did his internship with the catering group in Shanghai, Shin Meihua.
He has a lot of experience as an International Chef as part of Sugian Oejiang and in 2013 moved to Cyprus to work as Executive Chef for Pafihua Garden Chinese Restaurant.
