Following the successes for 2016 and 2017, in 2018, the Cyprus International Food Festival will expand to hold festivals in Larnaca, Paphos and Limassol, under the auspices of Interior Minister of Cyprus, Mr Constantinos Petrides.
CIFF strives to showcase the diverse kitchens in Cyprus – a crossroad of cultures from the Mediterranean, Middle East, Europe and with strong links to the Far East.
The Cyprus International Food Festival takes place over 2 days, and in 2018, will continue with the CIFF2018 RestaurantWeek, where restaurants in the festival city will offer special menus and prices for selected evenings. Further innovations include the launch of Junior Chef and the SSSH Awards.
CIFF 2018 offers a wonderful opportunity to court and cultivate a demographic of local and international, savvy food and wine enthusiasts, by focusing on cultural diversity while simultaneously fulfilling a commitment to use local services and products to produce the festival.
The entire festival is geared to attract locals and international food tourists to experience our diverse culinary scene.
